About me

Mr. Senthi is a New Zealand trained orthopaedic surgeon who has also completed prestigious international fellowships in the United Kingdom. He has subspecialised in paediatric, adolescent and adult foot and ankle surgery.

Mr. Suren Senthi

MBChB, FRACS (Orth)

Mr. Suren Senthi graduated from The University of Auckland, School of Medicine in 2007. He commenced Orthopaedic surgical training in 2012 and passed the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Fellowship Examination in 2016. Following this, he completed two years of post-fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery and Paediatric Orthopaedics, working with world renowned experts in Auckland and the United Kingdom.  He has a special interest in arthroscopic surgery of the foot and ankle, and has been trained in the latest techniques in adult reconstruction and orthopaedic sports surgery.

 Mr. Senthi has an interest in academics and research, and has published articles in international peer reviewed journals. He holds a public position at MIddlemore Hospital and takes an active interest in teaching orthopaedic registrars at Middlemore Hospital and medical students during their rotations.

Mr. Senthi has been appointed as a Director of Auckland Bone and Joint Surgery, one of New Zealand's most respected orthopaedic surgery groups. Auckland Bone and Joint Surgery comprises of 6 orthopaedic specialists who are widely regarded as among the very best orthopaedic surgeons in New Zealand.
